Eric is a native New Yorker that was raised by West Indian Parents. Eric attended Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia where he graduated with honors from the Morehouse Pre-Medicine program. As Morehouse raised Eric’s awareness to the the values of community service and social justice, Eric decided to pursue a career in the legal field and attended Columbia Law School in New York City. 

After a few years as a Kings County Assistant District Attorney, Eric ventured into employment law. As an employment attorney, Eric was introduced to the then fledgling concept of diversity which Eric decided to incorporate into his legal career. Eric was also tasked to create and deliver many training to address legal issues in employment. This is the context in which Eric’s passion for training and diversity was born.

Eric started BetterMEBetterWE in 2008. BetterMEBetterWE’s sponsors and writers share Eric’s passion to educate the community. Eric has paired his exciting public speaking with BetterMEBetterWE to communicate the positive and powerful of message of diversity to companies, non-profits, organizations, and educational institutions.

Eric’s public speaking style is exciting, passionate, objective, and results orientated. Eric has served as a motivational speaker and conducted trainings in most of the United States, Canada, Thailand and Hungary, Bahrain, and India.
